BCG X is having the opening for the role of Data Scientist for a 4-week trial run supporting 7 AM – 5 PM PST. If successful, there is an expectation for the project to extend beyond the initial trial.

BCG X is having the opening for the role of Data Scientist for a 4-week trial run supporting 7 AM – 5 PM PST. If successful, there is an expectation for the project to extend beyond the initial trial.
Project Requirements:
- Tech Stack: Machine learning (Pyspark, sklearn, TensorFlow, Keras) & experimentation (Pyspark, statistics expertise, optimizely, etc.)
- Geographic and Language Requirements:
- The candidate should be based in Latin America to facilitate support for a US West Coast client.
- Work hours must align with 7 AM – 5 PM Pacific Time, with flexibility as needed.
- The support language required for this role is English.
- Rate:
- Candidate rates will be evaluated competitively, considering the skills and rates of other applications.
- No specific technology stack requirements were provided; submissions should focus on demonstrating competitive ability and rate.
- Project Start Date: 01-Dec-2024
- Project Duration and Extension Potential:
- The project will begin with a four-week trial period, during which the resource must be fully committed.
- If successful, there is an expectation for the project to extend beyond the initial trial. This extension would likely involve:
- Expanding the team size.
- The original trial team providing continued support and training for the new team members.
- A commitment from the trial team through at least the end of 2025.
