Representing the recruiting team, you will create a professional, welcoming, and organized process that reflects our brand values and leaves every candidate with a positive impression. The position is on-site at our New York headquarters, five days per week, with flexibility to adapt to a fast-moving recruiting environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end interview scheduling for phone, video, and onsite interviews—anticipating conflicts, problem-solving quickly, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders
  • Deliver a consistently positive candidate experience by ensuring timely updates, polished communication, and thoughtful touches throughout the interview process
  • Partner closely with recruiters to understand the unique needs of each search and proactively manage logistics to keep processes running smoothly
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and interviewers to confirm availability, prepare agendas, and ensure they are set up for success in candidate conversations
  • Coordinate candidate travel, hotel, and transportation as needed, while managing expense processing in partnership with Talent Acquisition Operations
  • Reserve, prepare, and host onsite interviews, creating a professional and welcoming environment for candidates visiting the office
  • Maintain accuracy of recruiting data and reporting, supporting the team in tracking metrics and ensuring compliance in all processes
  • Partner with HR and cross-functional teams to facilitate new hire communications, onboarding details, and first-day readiness

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–2 years of HR, Recruiting, or Administrative experience preferred
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive communicator with excellent verbal and written skills; confident engaging with candidates, recruiters, and leaders at all levels
  • Service-minded and resourceful, with a natural focus on hospitality and creating a positive experience for others
  • Problem-solver who can anticipate challenges and act quickly to find solutions with minimal disruption
  • Comfortable with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

We welcome you to apply, even if you don't check all the boxes. Our passion is scouting life-long learners who are driven by curiosity, and who feel connected to our brands and share our desire to make an impact. We’re always seeking bright new talent who leverage their unique experiences to discover, grow and evolve with our teams.
