As a Technical Project Manager, you’ll lead initiatives that transform complex deployments into efficient, repeatable systems. You’ll manage projects from partner onboarding through execution, ensuring installations run smoothly, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities

• Lead pre-deployment operations, ensuring partner readiness and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate site checks, installation timelines, and internal dependencies to maintain predictable delivery.
• Manage bids, validate scopes and quotes, and oversee installations to meet quality and cost standards.
• Maintain strong communication with partners and internal teams through proactive updates.
• Identify bottlenecks and design scalable playbooks and systems to enhance efficiency.
• Onboard, coach, and support partners while holding them accountable to performance goals.
• Collect partner insights and translate them into process improvements and product innovations.
• Collaborate with Operations Engineering to pilot and scale impactful partner-facing product features.
