Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with Prompt Engineering skills to spearhead the adoption and implementation of Generative AI within the client's organization in content development. This role involves creating and optimizing the textual and visual prompts that guide AI models and cultivating a detailed understanding of how they can be leveraged to enrich their content development pipeline.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize prompts for GenAI models, particularly with regard to text and image generation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas within the organization that can benefit from GenAI adoption and the types of prompts that would be most effective
Construct informative, engaging, and clear prompts that align with project goals and business objectives
Employ a data-driven approach to measure the effectiveness of prompts and make iterative improvements based on performance metrics
Facilitate training and educational workshops for internal stakeholders on best practices related to prompt engineering and GenAI
Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the field of artificial intelligence and prompt engineering
Provide expert guidance and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decisions related to GenAI adoption

Requirements

3+ years of experience in a similar role, focusing on AI, machine learning, or related area
Proven experience as a prompt engineer, with a strong background in text and image generation
Advanced understanding of AI technology, specifically Generative AI
Proficiency in multiple programming languages and AI development tools
Ability to translate complex AI concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
Analytical thinker with a knack for problem-solving
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field
