Job Summary

To help achieve this vision, the MBTA established the Operations Analytics team in the MBTA Operations Division in 2023. The Analysts empower stakeholders to make data-driven decisions and create a culture of continuous improvement. Analysts may collect, clean, and validate data; perform statistical analyses using modern data analysis and visualization tools; communicate findings; and write technical documentation. Under the direction of the Director of Operations Analytics, analysts collaborate with other team members to share knowledge, provide cross-training, and jointly support cross-divisional projects.
