About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive IT Support Engineer to join our team on a temporary contract until December 2025. You’ll be the go-to person for technical issues — handling hardware, software, and network troubleshooting to ensure smooth daily operations.

This role is ideal for candidates who are immediately available, Qatar-based, and passionate about delivering fast, effective IT support.

What You’ll Do

Provide first & second-level IT support for users

Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, MS Office 365, and basic networking issues

Manage desktops, laptops, printers, and user accounts (Active Directory)

Document incidents and ensure timely resolutions

What You’ll Bring

Diploma/Bachelor’s in IT or related field

2+ years’ experience in IT support/helpdesk

Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office 365 & networking fundamentals

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Certifications (CompTIA / Microsoft) are a plus
