Job Summary :

Software Development Specialist

(DMS, SharePoint, Dynamics 365 & Power Platform)

The incumbent shall lead the information architecture for assigned projects, developing information architecture documents, flow diagrams, site maps, wireframes, use cases, visual walk and other supporting documentation, preparing documents, which are accurate and prepare wireframe specifications and preparing documents for usability tests, writing test plans, scenarios and questionnaires.


Key Accountabilities

Process Management & Coordination


Key Duties :

Point of contact for supporting production apps developed on DMS, SharePoint, Dynamics 365 & Power Platform.

Responsible for complete product operations and support cycle.

Responsible for taking KT and handover of all Production applications and

services that are developed in .Net and Azure domain.


Compliance to requirements :

Responsible for Monitoring and alerting of all aspects of the production apps.

Responsible for deployments automated and manual.


Identifying user needs and requirements :

Develops software solutions by studying requirements analysis and information

needs, conferring with stakeholders and IT Management.

Designs, develops, debugs, produces, refines, tests, deploys, maintains, and

documents software solutions using customized as well as out-of-the-box

functionality including web parts, forms, templates and master pages.

Learn and adopt new tools and techniques to increase performance.


Patient Safety Commitment :

Demonstrate proactive approach to patient safety by thinking what might go

wrong in all undertakings and take necessary measures to prevent them from

happening.

Identify and report potential or actual patient safety concerns, errors and/or

near misses in timely manner.

Follow patient safety-related policies, procedures and protocols.

Demonstrate a sense of team work and effective communication.

Partner with line manager to understand risks in the area of work, develop a

plan on how to mitigate those risks, and develop shared accountability for

implementing and evaluating the plan.


Other Duties :

The incumbent will undertake any such related duties or responsibilities as directed.

Ensure high standards of confidentiality to safeguard any sensitive information.


Education Requirements :

A bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent.


Certification, license or training Requirements :

Relevant certifications related to software development


Experience & Knowledge :

* 5 years of experience a similar role

* Experience in data integration and data conversions preferred.

* Experience working with health organizations is preferred


Skills Requirements :

* Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiation

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to understand the long-term and short-term perspectives of requirements/situations

* Understanding of business process principles and tools
