- Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace conflicts.

- Track trends and recurring issues to recommend initiative-taking solutions.
- Prepare reports and summaries for senior HR leadership.
- Support the development and delivery of training programs on workplace behavior, ethics, and conflict resolution.
- Promote awareness of grievance procedures, anti-harassment policies, and employee rights.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations and Qatar HR Civil law.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
