  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace conflicts.
  • Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into complaints, disciplinary matters, and policy violations.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance issues.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand strategic goals and translate them into HR strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
  • Support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives that drive business performance.
  • Support succession planning, career development, and internal mobility.
  • Facilitate performance management processes and provide coaching to managers.
  • Promote a positive work environment and drive employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
  • Monitor compliance with Qatar HR Civil laws, Employees Regulations and recommend updates to Internal policies as needed.
  • Support audits and reports related to employee relations and workplace conduct.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee relations cases.
  • Track trends and recurring issues to recommend initiative-taking solutions.
  • Prepare reports and summaries for senior HR leadership.
  • Support the development and delivery of training programs on workplace behavior, ethics, and conflict resolution.
  • Promote awareness of grievance procedures, anti-harassment policies, and employee rights.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations and Qatar HR Civil law.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
