- Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace conflicts.
- Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into complaints, disciplinary matters, and policy violations.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance issues.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand strategic goals and translate them into HR strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
- Support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives that drive business performance.
- Support succession planning, career development, and internal mobility.
- Facilitate performance management processes and provide coaching to managers.
- Promote a positive work environment and drive employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
- Monitor compliance with Qatar HR Civil laws, Employees Regulations and recommend updates to Internal policies as needed.
- Support audits and reports related to employee relations and workplace conduct.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee relations cases.
- Track trends and recurring issues to recommend initiative-taking solutions.
- Prepare reports and summaries for senior HR leadership.
- Support the development and delivery of training programs on workplace behavior, ethics, and conflict resolution.
- Promote awareness of grievance procedures, anti-harassment policies, and employee rights.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations and Qatar HR Civil law.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
