Role Overview
The Performance Monitoring and Reporting Manager ensures effective governance, tracking, and reporting across projects and operations. The role involves establishing and monitoring key performance metrics, delivering actionable insights, managing risks, and supporting stakeholders with clear, data-driven reporting. The ideal candidate brings strong project management expertise, advanced analytical and reporting skills, and the ability to communicate performance information clearly to diverse audiences.


Primary Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
• Establish, implement, and maintain governance frameworks and performance metrics (KPIs, SLAs, OLAs) to monitor and optimize project and operational outcomes.
• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive tracking and reporting mechanisms for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear visibility and traceability across all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Manage and coordinate daily team activities, ensuring clear visibility of risks and issues, and proactively drive their resolution.
• Consolidate, establish, and monitor the performance of a portfolio of stakeholders through regular reporting and analysis.
• Support the development, implementation, and tracking of department-wide metrics to drive performance and accountability.
• Lead issue, risk, and conflict management across projects to ensure timely resolution and minimal impact on outcomes.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to provide guidance, updates, and insights on performance metrics and project status.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting, dashboards, and governance processes for efficiency and better decision-making.


Qualification and Experience
• 3 - 10 years of experience in project management, performance management, and reporting in large/complex environments.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (Data Science, Computer Science, or related field preferred).
• Proven experience establishing, rolling out, and monitoring metrics (KPIs, SLAs, OLAs) and developing dashboards for various stakeholders.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills in English are required; Arabic proficiency is highly desirable.
• Experience with project management standards and frameworks (e.g., PMP, Prince2).
• Experience in issue, risk, and conflict resolution within project contexts.
• Prior experience with project management, performance monitoring, and ticketing platforms (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Demonstrable experience in stakeholder management and engagement.
• Project management certifications (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) are preferred.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, NIA, QCSF, ISO) is a plus.
