Position - Lead-Backend Development (Mobile Banking)

Experience - 6+ Years

Location – Muscat, Oman

Experience -

• Prior Backbase backend development experience
• 6+ years microservice development using Java, Spring Boot and J2EE
• Dexterity in application servers (WebLogic/WebSphere/JBoss/Tomcat) and web servers (Apache/Nginx)
• Hands-on containerization experience (OpenShift/Kubernetes)
• Proven performance tuning & optimization skills for high-traffic banking systems
• Extensive development of REST/SOAP APIs for financial transactions
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Argo CD)
• Proven experience in mobile banking/financial applications.
• Exposure with event-driven architecture (Kafka/MQ)
• Good academic background with extensive domain knowledge of support systems of a bank and project implementation, mainly Digital Channels Applications related.
