Overview:

We are seeking an Arabic-speaking, experienced Ivanti Endpoint Manager (EPM) System Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Ivanti EPM solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders, mentor junior engineers, and drive innovation to enhance endpoint security, automation, and operational efficiency across the organization.

Responsibilities

Configure, deploy, and maintain Ivanti EPM for managing endpoints across the organization.

Develop and manage EPM policies for patch management, software deployment, and device compliance.

Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of Ivanti EPM environments.

Monitor endpoint health and proactively resolve performance or configuration issues.

Provide advanced troubleshooting for endpoint devices (Windows, macOS, and mobile).

Maintain endpoint security through compliance, patching, and configuration enforcement.

Define and implement automation workflows to streamline endpoint management tasks.

Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate EPM with related solutions.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.

Drive continuous improvement using analytics, reporting, and automation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3+ years of hands-on experience deploying, configuring, and managing Ivanti Endpoint Manager.

Strong background in patch management, software distribution, and endpoint monitoring.

Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and network protocols.

Familiarity with endpoint security integrations and compliance management.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to mentor and coach junior team members.
