We are looking for a User Acquisition (UA) Manager with a strong B2C product mindset to join our team. You will not only manage paid and organic campaigns but also drive product adoption, user engagement, and growth across our learning platforms. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience scaling B2C digital products, understands consumer behavior, and can optimize acquisition funnels that convert users into active, loyal learners., and to help us grow our client base and build lasting partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute full-funnel UA strategies for B2C EdTech products, from awareness to activation and retention.
- Manage acquisition campaigns across channels (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, programmatic), focusing on driving high-quality user growth.
- Collaborate with product teams to optimize onboarding, engagement, and activation flows.
- Analyze user behavior, conversion rates, and retention metrics to inform growth strategies.
- Conduct A/B tests, CRO experiments, and funnel optimization to maximize LTV and minimize CAC.
- Work with marketing and creative teams to design campaigns, landing pages, and quizzes that align with product goals.
- Track KPIs across acquisition, engagement, and retention, providing actionable insights for product and marketing decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in B2C EdTech, digital learning, and user acquisition best practices.
- 3–5+ years of experience in B2C product growth, UA, or performance marketing, ideally in digital learning or EdTech products.
- Proven track record in user acquisition for consumer-facing products, with understanding of funnels, onboarding, and engagement metrics.
- Experience with web funnels (must have), quizzes (must have), interactive content.
- Strong knowledge of paid media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads) and analytics tools (GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
- Data-driven, analytical, and comfortable translating insights into actionable product and marketing decisions.
- Excellent collaboration skills — able to work across product, marketing, and analytics teams.
- Bonus: Experience with subscription-based or high-LTV B2C products.
