Senior Product Designer

Role Overview

Location: Remote, must be based in Ukraine.

Package: 200,000- 240,000 UAH per annum

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and deliver engaging, user-centred interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Translate complex requirements and wireframes into clean, visually appealing UI using Figma.
• Create and maintain scalable design systems that ensure product consistency.
• Conduct user research, workshops and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers and other designers throughout the product lifecycle.
• Participate in pre-sales discussions, helping shape early ideas into deliverable concepts.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to an open, feedback-driven team culture.
• Continuously refine design processes and introduce improvements that drive efficiency.

Main Skills Needed

• 6+ years’ experience in UI/UX design with a strong, demonstrable portfolio.
• Deep understanding of user-centred design principles, discovery and testing methods.
• High proficiency in Figma and hands-on experience with design systems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
• Confident working across SaaS, B2B and B2C environments.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to translate feedback into design improvements.
• (Bonus) Exposure to BFSI, Crypto, Retail or iGaming sectors; familiarity with HTML/CSS/JS; interest in AI tools.
