Product Analyst with Paralegal Background for US based Company ( Remote )

We are currently seeking a Product Analyst with a paralegal background to join our client's team. This US-based remote position is ideal for individuals who have a strong analytical mindset and legal knowledge, allowing them to bridge the gap between legal and product development.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of product performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable insights to enhance the user experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer support, to define product requirements and ensure alignment with company goals
  • Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of new product features focused on transaction management and e-signing processes
  • Review and interpret data related to product usage, customer feedback, and industry trends to guide product decisions
  • Assist in the creation of product documentation, including user guides and technical specifications
  • Provide insights on legal and compliance aspects where applicable, particularly in transaction and contract management, ensuring products meet industry standards


Requirements

  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Data Analytics, Law, Business Administration, or similar)
    • Experience as a Paralegal, preferably within transaction management, contract law, or real estate
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
    • Familiarity with e-signature platforms, transaction management systems, or similar software is a plus
