We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Backend Developer with a strong background in Golang and direct experience building OTC trading platforms. You will be a cornerstone of our engineering team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the core logic of our high-frequency, secure trading system. This is a critical role where your work will directly impact the performance and reliability of a platform handling significant trading volumes.

• Design and Develop: Architect, build, and maintain scalable, low-latency backend services and APIs using Golang for our OTC platform.
• Build Core Trading Logic: Implement and optimize critical trading functionalities, including Request for Quote (RFQ) systems, order matching, trade execution, and settlement workflows.
• Ensure Security and Custody: Integrate with digital asset custody solutions and implement robust security protocols to safeguard client assets and data.
• Optimize for Performance: Identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks to ensure our system can handle high throughput and respond in milliseconds.
• Database Management: Design and manage database schemas (SQL & NoSQL) to store vast amounts of trade and market data efficiently.
• Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality features and continuously improve our platform.
• Maintain and Test: Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, and participate in code reviews to uphold our high standards.

• 4+ years of professional backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Golang, with proven experience building concurrent, high-performance applications.
• Demonstrable experience in designing, building, or maintaining backend systems for an OTC trading desk or platform (crypto or traditional finance).
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and gRPC.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, etc.) and NoSQL databases (Redis, InfluxDB, etc.).
• A deep understanding of security best practices in a financial context.

• Experience with message queueing systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of digital assets, blockchain technology, and cryptocurrency wallets.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
