We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer with a strong background in e-commerce or quick commerce to craft intuitive, engaging, and scalable product experiences. As part of the Product team, you’ll work closely with the Product Head, engineers, and business teams to translate customer insights into world-class digital journeys.
Key Responsibilities- Own the end-to-end design process: research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and final UI delivery.
- Apply design thinking to solve complex user and business problems.
- Create user-centric designs that improve conversion, retention, and engagement across web and app.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data teams to align design with business goals.
- Build and maintain a design system ensuring consistency across the platform.
- Stay updated with UX best practices, design tools, and e-com/quick commerce trends.
- Drive user research & usability testing to validate and iterate on designs.
- 3–6 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with e-commerce, quick commerce, or consumer internet products.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile app design work with measurable impact.
- Hands-on expertise in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD (and prototyping tools).
- Deep understanding of user research methods, design thinking, and usability testing.
- Ability to balance business requirements, tech constraints, and user needs seamlessly.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to present and defend design decisions.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup
