We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating with hiring managers
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and support
- Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts in a professional and timely manner

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
