Role Purpose
As an experienced Agile practitioner, you will Coach new Agile teams and will be responsible for facilitation, mentoring, coaching, and training the teams to enable them in Agile and attain a sustainable maturity model.You should have been a part of a large Agile team previously and hsould have gone through the process of Agile enablement at a program level. You should be able to sustain Agile enablement in an account
Do
- Identifies the Agile Readiness of teams and conducts periodic assessments to measure Agile maturity
- Conducts training workshops on Agile and related roles to teams and other stakeholders
- Mentors the team to help them adopt Agile practices and execution approach
- Interfaces with key stakeholders and drive actions related to improvement in Agile Maturity
- Helps the Scrum Teams to identify the impediments and cross-team dependencies
- Supports the teams with various Agile practices and ceremonies
- Facilitates the team alignment, backlog distribution and governance for Distributed teams
- Ensures the Agile Quality KPI defined for the Program is met
- Identifies Continuous Improvement activities based on the Retrospectives and drive the same to closure
- Enables Agile Evangelization in terms of sharing the Agile awareness beyond the account, Shares experience and success stories
