Project Leadership & Execution
- Lead complete lifecycle management of mechanical projects (EPC/turnkey).
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality norms.
- Lead, guide, and mentor project engineers and site teams.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, resource allocation, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (civil, electrical, instrumentation, etc.).
- Manage vendors, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth execution.
- Review contracts, BOQs, and tender documents.
- Manage project budgets, cost control, and claims/dispute resolution.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations.
- Large-scale experience in Power Plants / Oil & Gas / EPC Projects.
- Hands-on exposure to mechanical erection, commissioning, fabrication, and maintenance projects.
- Prior Experience of Green Hydrogen / Ammonia and derivative projects would be preferred.
- Knowledge of Current Market dynamics for pricing would be added advantage.
