Role: Product Designer (UX + UI)

Salary: £55,000 – £70,000

Location: Hybrid (3 days a week in Aldgate)

Wedo has partnered with an established FinTech who are looking for a Product Designer who can flex across UX and UI for their digital Web and Mobile Products. They’ve recently hired a Head of Product to redesign their product led way of building software products and now need a stand alone IC Product Designer to own all product design. Cracking role for someone who wants autonomy, mastery and purpose over their craft and solve complex problems.


Expect to work across Web and Mobile, leading design from concept through to delivery. You’ll run research, user testing, and design iterations and also play a key role in the evolution of their design system - creating, maintaining, and improving how the team scales.


What They’re Looking For

  • Designed for complex digital products, not just simple e-commerce or marketing sites
  • Worked in FinTech or Banking (bonus points)
  • Run your own user research and testing, from planning to execution
  • Built or maintained design systems that scale
  • Used modern tools like Figma, Notion, Jira, or Confluence
  • Operated in ambiguous environments where process totally refined and comfortable making sense of the chaos


You’ll be joining a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where priorities can change, pace is high, and your input directly shapes what gets shipped.
