We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our client. This is an administrative role focused on supporting recruitment operations and cross-functional collaboration for a global digital infrastructure company. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining recruitment documentation, supporting procurement processes, and ensuring data accuracy across systems
Location: Hybrid – 1 - 2 day per week in London office
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Talent Acquisition team, including scheduling, document creation, and coordination of recruitment activities.
Reporting & Documentation: Assist in preparing recruitment reports, maintaining dashboards, and managing documentation to support hiring processes and compliance.
Procurement & PO Processes: Liaise with Procurement and Finance teams to support purchase order (PO) creation and vendor-related processes.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Procurement, and HR to ensure smooth execution of recruitment campaigns and initiatives.
Job Advertising: Support the posting and promotion of job vacancies across internal and external platforms, ensuring consistency in employer branding.
HRIS Maintenance: Keep the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) updated with accurate candidate and recruitment data.
Requirements:
· Strong administrative and organizational skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
· Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with regular office presence in London
