How You Will Make An Impact

Take responsibility for allocation of CyberCX team member resources and aiding the coordination of projects. Develop and maintain working relationships with team members and key stakeholders and work collaboratively to ensure the necessary employee resources meet client and project deliverables.

Be the first point of contact for the receipt, qualification and processing of all project and technical resource requests.

Day To Day You Will

  • Be the primary contact regarding day-to-day resource planning and allocation/ scheduling of direct resources to meet agreed upon service levels and client commitments, in line with the agreed resource management processes
  • Assist with the review of Scope of Works and the development of project and resource plans for project managed engagements involving all relevant stakeholders, ensuring technical skills align with requirements and allocating resources to meet project schedules, scope and resource budgets
  • Perform weekly follow-ups with all professional services resources, Practice Leads and Delivery Managers to ensure that work planned is completed or re-scheduled and that work for the next fortnight is planned and whitespace is identified and reported
  • Set up a project and engagement from Customer/ Practice handover and initiate kick-off with assigned practice resource
  • Attend project meetings with the client to review project performance, discuss risks and issues and action accordingly


Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Project Management Certifications (such as PMI (CAPM), AIPM (Reg PM CPPP), Agile Foundation, PRINCE2® Foundation or Practitioner)
  • Previous experience in a scheduling, project or resource coordination role or experience in a similar environment
  • Willing to travel and demonstrate flexibility to deliver on client project requirements
  • Solid experience with the development and maintenance of resource forecasting, tracking and reporting tools utilising Microsoft Excel or similar platforms
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills with an ability to build credibility both internally and externally at all levels
