Here's What We Need From You
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, principles, and processes
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and user experience best practices
- Proficiency in UI/UX design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Balsamiq
- Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualise design concepts
- Knowledge of usability testing, user research, and accessibility standards
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Apply standard methods to plan and conduct user research initiatives that gather insights into user needs
- Use established techniques and tools to develop user stories and elicit user experience requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise requirements, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Design intuitive user interactions and experiences using standard UI/UX design principles and tools
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that enhance usability and overall user satisfaction
- Stay current with emerging design trends, technologies, and tools, proactively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
