Project Manager – ICT Delivery

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a Technology Services Division. You will play a key role in managing large-scale ICT delivery projects, including the ongoing delivery of the Scheme and Payments Platform program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver ICT system and solution projects.
• Manage technical solution planning across multiple TSD specialty teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, balancing business and technical priorities.
• Oversee delivery partners and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with cyber security, testing, and ICT delivery standards.
• Support agile delivery teams, providing leadership and escalation support.
• Drive continuous improvement through DevOps practices and project governance.
• Actively manage project risks, issues, decisions, and reporting.
• Champion collaboration and a positive team culture.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

• 8–10 years’ experience managing ICT system delivery projects (including mobile apps).
• Strong background in project management methodologies and governance frameworks.
