  • Stand-up & run the PMO for large, complex projects / programs / portfolios.
  • Lead the crew—manage Seven and client PMO resources; mentor rising talent.
  • Lift maturity—upgrade processes, tooling and metrics to match client needs.
  • Govern like a pro—schedule, cost, risk, benefits, RAID: nothing slips.
  • Advise the C-suite—translate data into plain-English insights and options.
  • Keep calm—when the stakes spike, your poise sets the tone.
