Responsibilities

• Develop performant, cost-effective, and secure code following company standards
• Design interfaces using team-defined standards and design principles
• Build systems ensuring high availability and reliability
• Write unit and automation tests to support quality assurance
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to accelerate defect resolution
• Document technical implementations clearly and thoroughly
• Provide guidance and mentoring to interns, freshers, and fellow developers
• Identify and recommend areas for further study and participate in proof of concept projects
• Analyze implementation risks and their impact on objectives
• Contribute to design and adoption of standards, tools, and methodologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an IT-related field
• 2+ years of experience in agile full-stack development environments
• Proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML, SCSS, Tailwind, JavaScript, TypeScript
• Experience with frameworks such as ReactJS, VueJS, or BackboneJS
• Knowledge of back-end technologies like Node.js, C#, Microservices, and [dot]NET Core
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
• Experience with unit testing frameworks like JEST
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for performance and functional issues
• Knowledge of cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility
• Participation in code reviews and adherence to coding standards
• Experience in responsive and adaptive UI development for tablets and phones
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency

Nice to have

• Experience with NX monorepo framework
• Familiarity with state management libraries like React Zustand
• Understanding of Azure services and infrastructure
• Strong grasp of SOLID design principles and design patterns
• Ability to optimize web pages for speed and scalability
