Fullstack .Net Developer - Latin America - Remote

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Fullstack .Net Developer in Latin America.

This role offers the opportunity to design, develop, and maintain high-performing backend and fullstack solutions used by a large, global user base. You will work on scalable APIs, contribute to distributed systems, and support both new feature development and optimization of existing services. Collaborating closely with a team of engineers and product stakeholders, you will help shape technical decisions, improve code quality, and ensure robust, secure, and efficient systems. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, proactive, and passionate about solving complex problems while continuously learning and implementing modern development practices. This position is fully remote for LATAM-based professionals and provides a challenging, growth-oriented environment.

Accountabilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and fullstack applications using C# and .Net
• Develop RESTful APIs and ensure adherence to architecture standards
• Optimize backend systems for performance, reliability, and security
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in distributed and high-traffic systems
• Participate in code reviews, architecture decisions, and technology selection
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Maintain and update existing services while implementing new features
• Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes and best practices
  
  
  

Requirements

• Advanced English level (written and spoken)
• 5+ years of backend development experience, preferably in C# and .Net
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles
• Hands-on experience designing and developing RESTful APIs
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems and high availability applications
• Self-driven, motivated, and passionate about problem solving. Preferred:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Deep knowledge of C# syntax, .Net frameworks, and related tooling
