In this role, you'll lead the evolution of Identity and Access Management solutions, driving automation and scalability while ensuring security and compliance in multi-cloud and SaaS environments. You'll collaborate with global teams, design integrations, and mentor colleagues — all while delivering robust IAM platforms that support enterprise-scale operations.

What To Expect In This Role (Responsibilities)
Implement and administer IAM solutions across complex enterprise environmentsIntegrate internal systems and hundreds of SaaS applications into IAM platforms

Configure conditional access, segregation of duties (SoD), and access certification flows

Develop Python scripts, APIs, and tools to automate IAM processes (provisioning, deprovisioning, reporting)

Design and maintain connectors, automations, and multi-cloud integrations (Azure, AWS, GCP)

Support manual IAM operations while driving the automation and modernization journey

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance, scalability, and security best practices

Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing

Requirements
5+ years in IAM or similar security engineering roles in critical environments.

4+ Hands-on experience with IAM platforms (EntraID, SailPoint, Okta, Forgerock, RSA, etc.).

Advanced knowledge of identity flows, RBAC, SoD, and protocols (SAML, LDAP).

Strong Python automation skills plus DevOps (Git, CI/CD, containers).

Fluent English with strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have

Deep experience with EntraID and multi-cloud IAM (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible).

Exposure to large SaaS ecosystems with diverse integrations and connectors.

Strong understanding of security best practices (secrets management, compliance, audit).

Interest in AI/automation applied to IAM and security workflows.
