When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Cloud Operations team you will handle customer escalations and concerns related to global Cloud Services while deploying cloud resources using automation tools. As a Specialist you will provide specialized technical knowledge, conduct thorough analyzes, and support specific projects that drive benefits for our clients. Join us to leverage your knowledge in Microsoft Azure and contribute to innovative cloud solutions in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Address customer escalations and resolve concerns regarding global Cloud Services
- Deploy cloud resources utilizing automation tools effectively
- Provide specialized technical knowledge in Microsoft Azure
- Conduct thorough analyzes to support project objectives
- Manage relationships with PwC applications and IT security teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance cloud solutions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cloud technologies and industry standards
- Apply problem-solving skills to overcome technical challenges
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1 year of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- 3 years of professional experience with IaaS and PaaS
- Technical certification in Azure is required
- Experience with Azure DevOps and DevOps concepts
- Experience with PowerShell, Azure CLI, Json
- Experience with Hashicorp stack of tools: Terraform, Vault, Consul
- Experience with Container technologies and orchestration tools: Kubernetes, Docker, Rancher, Prisma Cloud Compute
- Knowledge of logging and monitoring tools such as Datadog, Splunk, Azure Monitor
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git and GitHub
- General knowledge and experience in technical IT and Information Security
- Advanced English skills to interact with global teams
- Excellent communication and consulting skills
