Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot MacOS and related system issues to ensure minimal disruption
  • Resolve complex hardware, software, and networking challenges efficiently
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and IT needs
  • Implement and maintain scalable IT systems and infrastructure solutions
  • Automate routine tasks to improve operational efficiency
  • Document solutions and support processes to enhance team knowledge
  • Monitor system performance and security controls to maintain high availability
  • Provide technical guidance and support to internal clients
  • Assist in deploying and configuring MacOS devices within the network
  • Stay current with MacOS updates and technology trends to optimize support
  • Coordinate with other IT teams for seamless integration of services
  • Support identity and access management related to MacOS environments
  • Train and mentor junior team members on MacOS and support best practices

 

Requirements

  • Experience in MacOS support and administration with 2+ years in a technical role
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver IT solutions
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking concepts
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
