Requirements
- Experience in MacOS support and administration with 2+ years in a technical role
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver IT solutions
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking concepts
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
