- At least 10 years of creative experience, within agencies across different industries, ideally for digital products or e-commerce.
- Proven leadership experience in guiding and developing creative teams.
- Strong visual taste, storytelling, copywriting, motion and film conception skills.
- Balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution.
- Empathetic, collaborative leader with mentorship strengths.
- Skilled in workflows, project management, and stakeholder communication.
- Skilled in project management, bringing clarity to complex projects.
- Exceptional communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English and German.

We’re on the lookout for a Principal Design within our overarching Brand Team. In this role, you’ll be part of shaping the creative future of our brand design - from defining visual style and imagery to driving projects across advertising, film, design projects and beyond.
You’ll set the vision for Design, Messaging, and Art Direction, ensuring every execution reflects a strong and consistent identity. Functionally leading a team of talented designers, freelancers, and agencies, you’ll foster collaboration and deliver impactful, consistent visual experiences across all channels.
As a key creative leader, you’ll also play a central role in evolving the look & feel and tone of voice of the kununu brand, making sure everything we create aligns with our strategy and brand architecture.
