Purpose of the role:
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our discerning clientele. Your primary responsibilities will include providing exemplary table service, demonstrating extensive knowledge of our menu, and upholding the high standards of our establishment.
How you will contribute:
- Provide attentive and professional table service, ensuring a smooth dining experience from start to finish.
- Welcome guests warmly, guide them to their tables, and assist with seating.
- Present menus, share recommendations, and confidently describe dishes and ingredients.
- Take accurate orders, accommodating special requests and dietary needs.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely and high-quality service.
- Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly to any questions or concerns.
- Keep dining areas clean and organised, following hygiene standards.
- Work closely with your team to deliver efficient, seamless service.
- Handle payments accurately and professionally.
- Represent the restaurant with genuine hospitality and uphold its standards of excellence.
- Stay up to date on menu changes, promotions, and special events.
- Previous experience as a waiter or server in a high-end restaurant setting, preferably with expertise in the cuisines we offer or within fine dining establishments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling courteous and attentive interactions with guests.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to delivering impeccable service, especially under pressure.
- Proficiency in high-end table service practices, such as wine service and dining etiquette, to ensure a sophisticated dining experience.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic team, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, aligning with the restaurant industry's operational requirements.
- EU work eligibility is required, as we cannot provide visa support for this role.
- Medical Certificate for food operators required.
- Minimum age requirement 21 years.
