At Gritnord, we’ve cracked one of the hardest problems in B2B sales: getting meetings with your dream customers (ICP). Now we’re scaling this into an fully AI-powered service platform — and we’re looking for a builder to make it happen.

The Role

We’re looking for a full-stack developer who thrives on ownership, speed, and impact. You’ll start as a freelancer building out a core module of our platform. If you love the ride, this can grow into a CTO / Co-Founder role with equity upside.

What you’ll do

• Design, build, and ship key service modules fast
• Work directly with founders and early customers
• Cope with fast growth challenges
• Own technical choices (stack is flexible, API-first, low-code/AI-always mindset)
• Help shape product into a scalable AI-powered platform

What we’re after

• Ability to build with AI
• Proven experience in full-stack development (SaaS experience a plus, not a must)
• Product mindset — ability to build what customers will pay for
• Speed + quality balance: shipping in days, not months
• Entrepreneurial spirit, interest in building a company, not just code
