Solution Design and Development

Responsibilities
Solution Design and Development
- Collaborate with internal customers, data architects, and analysts to define solution requirements.
- Design and develop automation workflows, backend integrations, and data-driven systems.
- Build and maintain low-code or API-based integrations between internal tools and systems.
- Conduct technical testing, validation, and deployment of developed solutions.
- Collect and prepare structured data for reporting and process automation.
- Support implementation of simple AI-assisted tools where relevant.
- Integrate automation scripts and pipelines into existing workflows.
- Track new trends in automation and data tools to identify improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of business requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and implementation plans.
- Document developed solutions, data flows, and integration logic.
- Ensure proper handover and knowledge transfer to operations/support teams.
- Experience with at least one modern programming or scripting language.
- Knowledge of Databases(SQL, NoSQL), REST APIs, and data transformation pipelines.
- Familiarity with low-code tools, scripting, or serverless functions.
- Basic understanding of machine learning concepts is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to design and visualize data flow diagrams and information movement schemes across systems and processes.
