Responsibilities

Solution Design and Development

• Collaborate with internal customers, data architects, and analysts to define solution requirements.
• Design and develop automation workflows, backend integrations, and data-driven systems.
• Build and maintain low-code or API-based integrations between internal tools and systems.
• Conduct technical testing, validation, and deployment of developed solutions.
  
  

Automation & Data Enablement

• Collect and prepare structured data for reporting and process automation.
• Support implementation of simple AI-assisted tools where relevant.
• Integrate automation scripts and pipelines into existing workflows.
• Track new trends in automation and data tools to identify improvement opportunities.
  
  

Collaboration and Documentation

• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of business requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and implementation plans.
• Document developed solutions, data flows, and integration logic.
• Ensure proper handover and knowledge transfer to operations/support teams.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience with at least one modern programming or scripting language.
• Knowledge of Databases(SQL, NoSQL), REST APIs, and data transformation pipelines.
• Familiarity with low-code tools, scripting, or serverless functions.
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to design and visualize data flow diagrams and information movement schemes across systems and processes.
