About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and energetic HR Specialist to take full ownership of HR operations in our Estonian office. This role combines precision and people energy—you’ll keep our HR engine running flawlessly while building a vibrant, connected workplace.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll own the day-to-day rhythm of our Estonian office—keeping people operations smooth, the culture vibrant, and the team engaged.
- Be the energy hub of the office—creating a welcoming, connected, and motivated environment
- Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and HR documentation
- Maintain accurate and compliant employee records and documentation
- Handle day-to-day HR queries with warmth and professionalism
- Support payroll coordination and benefits administration
- Lead engagement and culture initiatives—spark communication, organize events that bring people together, and champion wellbeing activities that keep the team energized
- Collaborate with HR teams across the Baltics to align processes and share best practices
- Ensure compliance with Estonian labor law and internal policies
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and assist with audits
- Continuously improve HR processes—simplify, streamline, and make them work smarter
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and brings both structure and energy to the team.
- Proven HR operations or HR generalist experience
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Proactive and hands-on—you take ownership and deliver
- High energy and initiative—you naturally lift the atmosphere and make things happen
- Fluent in Estonian and English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of Estonian labor laws and regulations
- Tech-savvy and confident working with HR systems and data
- Discreet, reliable, and trusted with sensitive information
- A collaborative team player who builds momentum and contributes to a positive culture
