Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the global marketing and communications strategy for the $SRC Ecosystem. The CMO will drive adoption of the $SRC token (B2C), scale ecosystem partnerships and client onboarding (B2B), and position $SRC as the leading AI-blockchain trade finance platform. This role requires a unique blend of Web3 expertise, traditional marketing acumen, and growth leadership to execute a world-class go-to-market (GTM), build viral community engagement, and establish $SRC as a trusted global brand.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the $SRC token, fundraising rounds, and ecosystem launch.

Build and manage a global multi-channel marketing organization covering brand, digital, community, PR, content, and partnerships.

Drive alignment between B2C token adoption and B2B ecosystem growth for sustainable transactions.

Community & Token Marketing (B2C)

Build, grow, and engage a strong global community of retail investors, traders, and supporters.

Lead campaigns for token launch, staking, and liquidity programs to maximize adoption.

Design viral, organic PR campaigns that position $SRC as an innovative leader.

Leverage influencers, KOLs, and community managers to expand reach across Web3 and traditional markets.

Ecosystem & Client Marketing (B2B)

Develop B2B marketing strategies to onboard exporters, importers, lenders, and institutional partners.

Craft campaigns that demonstrate the platform’s impact on trade finance, tokenization, and cross-border payments.

Support sales and business development with targeted messaging, thought leadership, and tailored campaigns.

Fundraising & Investor Relations Support

Collaborate with leadership on fundraising campaigns (SAFT, seed, private, public rounds).

Build brand trust and credibility with VCs, strategic partners, and institutional investors.

Drive data-driven marketing funnels to attract and retain investors across geographies.

Execution & Growth

Design and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO, content, social media, email, paid ads, and growth hacking.

Use analytics and KPIs to measure ROI on community growth, client onboarding, and fundraising campaigns.

Manage PR, media relations, and event participation to enhance brand positioning.

Qualifications & Experience

Proven track record as a CMO or senior marketing leader in Web3, fintech, or global tech ecosystems.

Strong understanding of Web3 marketing (tokens, communities, exchanges, KOLs) and traditional marketing (B2B SaaS, fintech, enterprise clients).

Experience in fundraising campaigns, investor marketing, and token launch strategies.

Ability to design viral marketing strategies and scale organic PR without heavy reliance on paid channels.

Global network with crypto communities, exchanges, media, and investors.

Strong leadership, team-building, and cross-cultural communication skills.
