Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Cybersecurity Project Manager to join our team at Client.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the implementation of cybersecurity in complex industrial environments and cross-functional coordination with global and local teams.
- The scope includes power plants in France and Europe.
- The candidate will have to carry out audit and action plans to deploy the client Cybersecurity Framework and NIS2 directive.
- He will also have to ensure that cybersecurity is taken into account in all the steps of industrial projects and to achieve on-site cybersecurity awareness
Key Responsibilities:
- Strengthen cybersecurity in the power plants while ensuring increased protection of industrial assets.
- Manage or support projects in the design of the industrial cybersecurity architecture, specify the different settings and define the technical security requirements to integrate new systems or develop existing systems
- Contribute to the maturity of project managers for industrial cybersecurity
- Ensure compliance with client Group standards
- Define and carry out audits to check the cybersecurity level of the power plants
- Define security validation testing strategies and ensure recommendations are followed
- Monitor new threats and take them into account when defining security architectures
Requirements:
- At least three years of experience in cybersecurity of industrial control systems for power plants at country level
- At least three successful experience in implementing industrial cybersecurity frameworks in power plants at country level
- At least four experiences in leading industrial cybersecurity review in European power plant
- CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ISO27005, CEH, GICSP, PMP certification
- Familiarity with powerplant operations.
- Experience with DCS Networks and vendors such as GE and Emerson
- Knowledge of SAP DMS for managing the technical documentation of power plants
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel independently to powerplants across Europe.
- Strong communication skills to ensure third parties' expectations and understanding of the situation, allowing timely delivery of objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in integrating and managing complex cybersecurity industrial system
- Extended experience in challenging an industrial cybersecurity architecture
- Strong understanding of industrial network security protocols and best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
