We’re looking for a Junior Product Manager with a technical background to help us turn concepts into shippable software. Your job: collaborate with engineers to scope, detail, and prioritize work, ensuring clarity and feasibility.
This role is best suited for someone who already understands how modern software is built (cloud-first, API-driven, modular architectures) and wants to step into product management while staying close to the tech.
You’ll act as the translator between business priorities and technical execution, ensuring our backlog is always clear, realistic, and ready for engineering.
Tasks
- Scope and detail tickets together with engineers (requirements, acceptance criteria, dependencies, edge cases).
- Review technical feasibility and highlight trade-offs in early discussions.
- Work with senior PMs on backlog grooming, prioritization, and sprint planning.
- Participate in product rituals (standups, reviews, retros).
- Help define and maintain product documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Gradually take on ownership of product areas.
Requirements
- A technical background — e.g. computer science, software engineering, or practical coding/ops experience.
- Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and how distributed systems are built and deployed.
- Ability to read and discuss code snippets, API docs, and system diagrams with engineers.
- Curiosity to dig into technical details, but also able to zoom out to product and business value.
- Clear communication skills to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Interest in product management as a career path.
- Experience with ticketing tools (Jira, Linear, or similar) is a plus.
Benefits
We offer an exciting environment at the interface between IT and entertainment and marketing as part of an ambitious, international and results-orientated team in a young startup.
- You work with an excellent international team with varied tasks with a wide range of great opportunities
- An attractive and competitive salary
- Monthly learning budget
- Urban Sports Club membership support
- Support for your favourite means of transport - we help finance your new bike or your public transport subscription
