As an Agile Solution Consultant at IBM, you will play a key role in delivering value to our customers through the implementation of IBM Targetprocess. You will lead delivery engagements from start to finish, including project management, solution design, implementation, training, and integration with other IBM and third-party tools.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys working closely with customers and partners, and has a strong technical foundation combined with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Your role and responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery engagements for IBM Targetprocess implementations.
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders from team-level to CxO-level to understand business needs and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Design and implement Targetprocess configurations tailored to customer use cases.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enable customer teams.
- Integrate Targetprocess with other IBM and third-party tools using APIs and custom scripts.
- Work closely with internal IBM teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery.
Master's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Proven experience in solution delivery, consulting, or project management in agile environments.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, HTML, and CSS for customizing and integrating Targetprocess.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, etc.).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leadership (CxO level).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English and an additional language (preferred German, French or Spainish).
- Experience with IBM Targetprocess or similar agile portfolio management tools.
- Understanding of enterprise integration patterns and REST APIs.
- Background in software development or technical consulting.
- Experience in customer success or professional services.
