What You'll Be Doing:

As a Junior Project Manager m/f/d, you will support our project teams in delivering software implementation projects for clients in the financial services industry. This is an ideal entry-level opportunity for early-career professionals who want to grow into project delivery roles. You will work closely with experienced consultants and project managers, helping to keep projects organized, on track, and aligned with client expectations

Typically, you will work on the following topics:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating project activities across internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Maintain project documentation, timelines, and task lists
  • Support meeting preparation, follow-ups, and status reporting
  • Help track deliverables, milestones, and dependencies
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment and progress
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project processes and tools


Requirements


Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, Economics, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Interest in software projects and digital transformation in financial services
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to learn from experienced colleagues
