Senior Product Manager - Practice Efficiency (x/f/m)

What We Do

As a Senior Product Manager, your mission will be to lead the evolution of our patient messaging solution, transforming how healthcare professionals communicate with their patients. You'll work with our established messaging platform that launched in Italy in 2021 and now facilitates millions of care conversations monthly across multiple countries. You'll collaborate with a dynamic team of full-stack developers in Milan and Berlin to drive productivity improvements and enhance healthcare professional satisfaction.

What you will do:

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Define and execute the long-term product strategy for patient messaging and communication services
• Lead cross-functional teams through technical transformations, including architecture improvements and AI integration
• Drive the scalability of patient relationship management tools across multiple countries
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align product vision with business objectives
• Oversee integration with innovative products like AI-phone assistant and document sharing capabilities
  
  
  

Who You Are

• You have a proven track record in senior product management roles with strategic impact
• You have experience designing, launching, and scaling technical products in SaaS or B2B environments, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries
• You have a strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to product decisions
• You possess technical knowledge and experience with distributed systems and platform architecture

• Speak Italian (highly recommended for our Milan location)
• Have experience with AI-powered product development
