Location & Duration
📍 Modena, Italy
6-month internship program
Main responsibilities:
- Develop Python software components (e.g., loss functions, ML models)
- Conduct experiments and analyze results on both toy datasets and proprietary financial datasets
- Compare Learning-to-Rank models, evaluating their performance and heterogeneity
- Collaborate with the data engineering and machine learning teams
- Contribute to the final report/thesis detailing the project outcomes
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields
- Proficient in Python, including libraries such as Pandas and Numpy
- Strong passion for machine learning and financial applications
- Proficient in English (B2 or higher)
