We’re looking for a Customer Service Unit Project Coordinator who can turn data into stunning presentations and build smart, efficient schedules that keep our team running like clockwork. If you’re a PowerPoint wizard and an Excel genius, this is your stage!
What You Will Do:
- Create visually engaging, professional presentations that tell stories, drive decisions, and inspire action
- Build and manage detailed workforce schedules, analyse performance data, and optimize resources with precision
- Ensure achievement of individual and team targets, OKRs, and KPIs in line with Luminor’s strategic goals
- Evaluate statistics, forecast impacts, and propose data-driven adjustments to improve service levels and availability.
- Activate and manage incident-related actions across all customer service channels.
- Deliver daily reports on CSU quality, efficiency, and sales performance. Support leadership with insights and data.
- Represent CSU in bank-wide projects, provide feedback, and propose improvements.
- Drive initiatives that enhance customer service and reduce contact flow.
- Create and adjust schedules, plan training and breaks, monitor absences, and ensure optimal staffing across all channels.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and visualize data, identify trends, and propose actionable improvements via excellent storytelling
- Experience in workforce planning, scheduling, and resource optimization across multiple service channels
- Ability to coordinate incident-related actions and support operational continuity
- Skilled in preparing and delivering performance reports, supporting leadership with insights and recommendations
- Proactive approach to improving customer service processes and reducing contact flow
- Effective collaboration across teams and departments, contributing to cross-functional projects
- Excellent time management, flexibility, and problem-solving skills
- Professional proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, Call Center systems, and internal bank tools
- Fluent English and Latvian languages are required in spoken and written communication due to working on a local and Pan-Baltic level
- Flexibility. Flexible working hours, Hybrid work, and the possibility to work from anywhere in the EU, Iceland, Switzerland, and the UK (in total 90 days per year)
