We are looking:

We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Project Manager, a marketer who lives in the world of ads, metrics, and impact.

Someone who knows how to translate performance data into marketing actions that grow revenue.

Get ready to:

• Take full ownership of marketing campaign results, analyze, optimize, and scale what drives performance.
• Transform data into growth, find the story in the numbers and translate it into actionable steps.
• Track marketing performance trends, competitor campaigns, and creative benchmarks across markets.
• Work with media buyers, performance creatives, and analysts to align campaigns with real business and marketing goals.
• Run and refine A/B tests, measure impact, and turn learnings into higher conversion.
• Own reporting frameworks that make results visible, understandable, and actionable across the team.

We expect you to:

• Have proven experience in Performance or Growth Marketing, or Marketing Project Management, ideally in a fast-paced startup or tech-driven environment.
• Be a data-obsessed marketer who gets genuinely excited by growing numbers that actually matter, revenue, ROI, retention.
• Feel confident making bold decisions based on data, not assumptions or gut feeling.
• Be ambitious, curious, and relentless, always searching for that next growth lever.
• Stay hands-on, you don’t just plan marketing campaigns; you understand what makes them perform.
• Thrive in a dynamic environment where speed, testing, and iteration are part of everyday life.
• Be fluent in English and Lithuanian.

Salary

Gross salary range is 3800-6000 EUR/month.
