We are looking for a Mid-Level Data Engineer to join our team and work on the development of a large-scale project for a USA-based insurance platform that connects insurance companies, brokers, and users.

This platform processes large volumes of data to improve decision-making, optimize insurance workflows, and enhance the overall user experience.

It's a great opportunity to work on a complex, high-impact data ecosystem that powers real-time analytics and business intelligence across multiple systems.

YOU WILL:

  • Design, build, and maintain efficient and scalable data processing pipelines.
  • Work on data integration and transformation across multiple interconnected applications.
  • Write clean, reliable code to automate and optimize data workflows.
  • Design and optimize SQL queries, schemas, and data models.
  • Collaborate with software engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure data quality and accessibility.
  • Participate in code reviews and help improve team processes and best practices.


What We Expect You Will Bring

  • At least 1+ years of experience working with data (data pipelines, ETL, or similar projects).
  • 2+ years of experience with SQL.
  • 2+ years of experience with Python or Node.js.
  • Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript is a plus.
  • Understanding of how data is collected, cleaned, and transformed.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate clearly.
  • Fluent in English and Lithuanian.

For this role, we offer a NETO (after taxes) salary range of 1600 - 2800 EUR/month. The final salary agreement is based on skills and experience.
