We are looking for a proactive and driven recruiter who is eager to own the full hiring cycle across diverse roles and countries. If you enjoy building strong partnerships with managers, crafting smart hiring strategies, and using both your people skills and data insights to make a real impact, this role is for you. In our dynamic, fast-paced environment, you will have the freedom to work independently, the chance to contribute to wider HR initiatives like employer branding, and the opportunity to leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT to elevate how we source, engage, and hire top talent.


Your key responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment processes various roles across multiple countries;
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs, craft job descriptions, and build effective hiring strategies;
  • Coordinate and execute sourcing efforts, screen applications, conduct interviews, and provide consultative support to teams during selection;
  • Maintain and improve candidate data and recruitment analytics (reports, trackers, and dashboards);
  • Actively contribute to broader HR initiatives and projects, including employer branding and process optimization;
  • Regularly apply AI tools like ChatGPT to streamline sourcing, candidate communication, and reporting.


What we're looking for:

  • 1 - 2 years of experience managing the full cycle of recruitment (agency or in-house);
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership;
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate;
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented with strong communication skills;
  • Fluent in Lithuanian and English (written and spoken);
  • Comfortable working independently in a dynamic, cross-functional team;
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools in recruitment or daily workflows is a big plus.

For candidates:

In compliance with the legislation, we would like to indicate that for the present position we are willing to offer a monthly salary from 2300 to 2650 EUR gross. The exact amount depends on the experience, education, and competences of the future employee.
