🧩 Context:

We are looking for a Business Analyst – eFront Expert to join one of our major clients in the financial sector as part of a large-scale transformation project.

You will act as a key interface between business teams and IT, focusing on the optimization and evolution of the eFront platform used for alternative investment management.

🎯 Your Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements in collaboration with Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office teams ;

• Draft detailed functional specifications related to the configuration, workflows, and reporting of the eFront platform ;

• Manage and monitor project planning and ensure alignment between business and IT milestones ;

• Define and execute testing strategies ;

• Support production rollouts and coordinate with IT support for issue resolution ;

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 functional support on eFront, including data quality and reconciliation issues ;

• Contribute to strategic initiatives, such as platform migration, automation of reporting, performance calculation, and integration with other systems ;

👤 Your Profile:

• Proven expertise in eFront FrontInvest ;

• Solid understanding of fund structures, valuation processes, and investor reporting ;

• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and IT project lifecycle management ;

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills ;

• Experience with SQL or data integration tools is an asset ;

• Fluent in English; French proficiency required.
