DevOps Engineer (with Splunk)

Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage hybrid infrastructures (on-premises and cloud) supporting DevOps and monitoring solutions.
• Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, automated deployments).
• Administer and optimize Linux and Kubernetes environments for performance, availability, and security.
• Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, Python, Bash, etc.) for system deployment and management.
• Implement and manage Splunk monitoring solutions: create dashboards, alerts, queries, and proactive health checks.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to troubleshoot incidents and improve system reliability.
• Apply best practices for security, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Document infrastructure configurations, procedures, and operational policies.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or IT infrastructure roles.
• Strong expertise in Linux administration and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, CI/CD integration and troubleshooting).
• Proven experience with Splunk (monitoring, alerting, query creation, dashboards).
• Familiarity with Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server, and Active Directory.
• Solid understanding of security standards, access control, and compliance practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Certifications in DevOps, Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), or Splunk are a strong plus.
