Within the Growth team, you will be in charge of the creation, activation, maintenance and quality control of all clients, leads and contact relationships in our systems.

- Be the first point of contact for our professionals regarding Master Data matters in our CRM;
- Collect information and perform all necessary quality controls prior to input in our systems;
- Perform research (with the support of external and internal tools / databases) to ensure optimal data quality; Gather raw data and create data visualization scenarios, as well as dashboards under the guidance of the project team;
- Perform data extractions, reports / Dashboards and KPIs.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, research skills, and strong organizational abilities.
- Be either a young graduate or have between 1 to 3 years of professional experience.
- Exhibit customer-oriented behavior, a commitment to delivering high-quality, timely service to internal clients, and demonstrate proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Possess an analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a methodical, autonomous, and rigorous approach to work, while demonstrating dynamism, dedication, flexibility, and team spirit.
- Be capable of working in both English and French on a daily basis.
