- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
- Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.

- Up to 3 years of Python development experience (less if you’re a fast learner who can demonstrate strong results)
- Hands-on experience with AI systems, ideally with agentic AI architectures (e.g., autonomous agents, tool use, memory, planning)
- Proficiency in API integrations and working with asynchronous or streaming data
- Strong understanding of Git workflows (branches, pull requests, resolving merge conflicts)
- Basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL (Postgres is a plus)
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI workflow frameworks
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps pipelines (CI/CD)
- Understanding of vector databases, embeddings, or prompt engineering
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Exposure to multi-agent systems, memory management in LLMs, or advanced orchestration techniques
